When we do not take intentional care of our body, it can become very challenging to handle what life throws at us. We have little energy and motivation. Issues feel more prominent than they are. We become overwhelmed. We age and stay active and suddenly injuries and pain become and issue.
I get it. I've been there.
In my 40’s I found myself struggling with weight gain, fatigue, health issues, and injuries. Peri-Menopause was kicking in. I was frustrated, tired, and depressed. I tried everything to get my life back. I was undereating, overtraining, and stressed out ALL the time. I decided no more; I was not going down without a fight. I went back to school and became a Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach and implemented what I learned. I lost 18 lbs, got my health in check, and feel alive again.
I am a Wife, Mother of two, and now 57 Years Old. I have devoted my life to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and sharing what I have learned with my clients. I have a passion and a love for helping others achieve optimal health, make better food choices, and get moving. I added Massage Therapy and Myofascial Stretching Therapy to my certifications and licenses as well; through such, I now help clients reduce inflammation, reduce chronic pain, and increase flexibility and mobility through massage therapy, table-based stretching therapy and myofascial release. I specialize in Sports and Medical Rehabilitaion Massage Therapy. I help athletes optimize performance and recover from sideline injuries. Improving the lives of people of all ages helping them heal and move better is my passion.
