Are you ready to let go and become who you are meant to be? 

When we do not take intentional care of our body, it can become very challenging to handle what life throws at us. We have little energy and motivation. Issues feel more prominent than they are. We become overwhelmed.

 

I get it. I've been there.

 

In my 40’s I found myself struggling with weight gain, fatigue, health issues, and injuries. Peri-Menopause was kicking in. I was frustrated, tired, and depressed. I tried everything to get my life back. I was undereating, overtraining, and stressed out ALL the time. I decided no more; I was not going down without a fight. I went back to school and became a Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach and implemented what I learned. I lost 18 lbs, got my health in check, and feel alive again.

 

I am a  Wife, Mother of two, and now 53 Years Old. I have devoted my life to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and sharing what I have learned with my clients. I have a passion and a love for helping others achieve optimal health, make better food choices, and get moving. I added Myofascial Stretching Therapy to my certifications in 2020 as well; through such, I now help clients reduce inflammation, reduce chronic pain, and increase flexibility and mobility through table-based stretching therapy and myofascial release.

 

My goal is to help you create a mind-body connection for sustainable long-term health and wellness.

In the interest of providing you with the best chances possible to achieving your health and fitness goals, and with the understanding that it takes time to build healthy lifestyle habits, I do recommend a 3-month commitment, billed by monthly subscription, to give your body and mind time to adjust to new habits.

Myofascial Stretching Session

Soft Tissue Assisted Stretching

If you are looking for increased flexibility, improved mobility or chronic pain relief then these sessions are perfect for you.  I work on releasing the fascia though assisted stretching techniques that are appropriate for your needs and health. I use a gentle non invasive approach to help relieve pain, inflammation, improve range of motion and promote healing.  Full assisted stretching sessions are now available from $60 to $120 an hour.

 

 I specialize in working with people who have been dealing with a long-term injuries/issues of all sorts. From generalized tightness, to headaches, shoulder pain, rib pain, foot and ankle pain, knee pain, low back pain, hip discomfort, and pain from PTSD of any kind.

Consequently, if you are experiencing some new discomfort/pain/tension - these are your body's whispers, listen to them. Seek out treatment that will point you to the root cause and devise a plan to quickly counteract it - so it doesn't have to be something you manage for a long time.

 

How many stretch sessions are typically needed?

Fascial tissue molds in shape gradually over years. I have found 1 session is nice, but true benefits, structural changes, stabilization, opening of blocked energy pathways - the nervous system requires repetition. It also depends how long ago the injury happened. The more time that passes, the more holding and molding has occurred across multiple fascial lines. I can make individualized recommendations after the first session.
